David Bowie is at number 6 as he's recently released his newest single. He has been making music for decades which again shows how powerful the influence of classic pop and rock is. The way in which today's generation is downloading his music shows how influential he is and people who listen to his music would be willing to buy my magazine.

Bruno Mars is at number 8 and people have compared his voice to Michael Jackson. He is also known to do a James Brown impression on stage, which shows the way in which today's artists have been influenced by these legendary acts.

Most of the artists today have been influenced in some way by artists that were big in the 1970s and 80s. If today's generation listen to these kind of artists, then they will want to know where it all came from. Also, if artists like David Bowie are still very popular, it proves that the majority of young people are interested in this kind of music and will in fact buy my magazine.
